The Brow Movement Awarded AIBF Business All-Star Lifestyle Leader in Brow Styling 2025

I am delighted to announce that The Brow Movement has been accredited by the All-Ireland Business Foundation (AIBF) as the Business All-Star Lifestyle Leader in Brow Styling 2025.

This recognition marks a defining moment in my career and in the story of a business that began with one core belief: brows can change how a person feels about themselves.

Where the Journey Began

My story with brows began long before The Brow Movement existed. I grew up in London and moved to Ireland after meeting my partner at university. In 2012, after the birth of my second child, my health declined significantly. That period left me searching for something that could restore my sense of purpose and identity, something creative, grounding, and meaningful.

That “something” was threading.

It was the skill I had loved since my teenage years, and although it was virtually unknown in Ireland at the time, I trusted it. I trusted its precision, its artistry, and its ability to transform a face without overpowering it. What started as offering threading to a handful of clients has grown into a trusted brow studio, a product brand, and a place where people come to feel confident in their natural beauty.

A Focus on Excellence, Education and Innovation

My mission from the beginning has been to raise the standard of brow care in Ireland.

This meant:

• Refining natural, face-framing techniques

• Educating clients so they understand and love their brows

• Offering training that is honest, practical and rooted in real experience

• Creating brow products that simplify at-home care while delivering professional results

Where My True Passion Lies

Although I teach a variety of brow treatments, threading remains at the heart of everything I do. It is an art form: subtle, technical, and exceptionally skilled. My love for threading is more than personal; it is a responsibility. I want the next generation of brow artists to be truly exceptional at this craft, not just competent.

Teaching threading is one of the greatest joys of my work. When I train students, I am passing on a technique that shaped my life, preserving a craft that deserves respect, and helping new brow artists build strong, sustainable careers. This passion influences every element of my education programmes and the products I design to support them.

The Accreditation That Recognises the Journey

The AIBF has awarded me the title of Business All-Star Lifestyle Leader in Brow Styling 2025, acknowledging:

• Innovation

• Quality and consistency

• Customer experience

• Professional standards

• Leadership within the beauty industry

AIBF Deputy Chair, Kieran Ring: “We proudly recognise Munaza Gilmore for her exceptional leadership and innovation. The Brow Movement is now firmly established as Connacht’s premier destination for eyebrow styling.”

AIBF Managing Director, Kapil Khanna: “Munaza has set new standards in the beauty industry. Her passion and her ability to empower clients make her a deserving recipient of this accreditation.”

Their words speak to years of quiet graft, training, experimenting, refining techniques, developing products, and building a business grounded in trust and care.

What the Accreditation Represents

The Business All-Star Accreditation is based on a detailed, independent audit that evaluates:

• Business performance

• Reputation and trust

• Customer experience

• Quality standards

• Leadership and innovation

• Ethical practices

It includes anonymous assessments and direct engagement with clients, partners and staff. Only approximately 700 businesses across Ireland have achieved this status, making it a recognised national symbol of trust.

For The Brow Movement to be included in this group is an honour I do not take lightly.

What It Means For My Clients and Students

For clients, it is reassurance that:

• You are receiving treatments from an accredited specialist

• You can expect consistent quality and professional standards

• Products and techniques are trusted, safe and refined through years of work

• Every appointment is delivered with integrity and care

For students and future brow artists, it means:

• You are learning from a practitioner recognised for excellence

• Your training is built on real expertise, not trends or shortcuts

• You will be guided by someone passionate about raising industry standards

• You will have access to high-quality products designed for both learning and lasting results

This accreditation strengthens the promise I have always made: to deliver excellence in every service, every product and every educational experience.

Looking Ahead

This milestone motivates me to continue pushing forward. Over the coming months and years, I plan to:

• Launch advanced brow education programmes

• Expand The Brow Movement’s range of high-performance brow products

• Bring even more clients and students into a space built on trust, passion and expertise

• Share more knowledge so people can feel confident, not just styled.

I am deeply grateful to my clients, students, community and the AIBF team. Thank you for believing in The Brow Movement and for helping shape this achievement.

This recognition belongs to all of us.

If you would like to experience accredited excellence, or learn from it, I would be honoured to welcome you.

All the best

Munaza x
