The Brow Movement Cancellation Policy
Welcome to The Brow Movement, where we specialize in creating the perfect eyebrows just for you. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
You have 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being retained.
Late Arrivals:
For 15-20 minute appointments: If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited.
For 1-hour appointments: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited and offered to a client on the cancellation list.
No-Shows:
If you do not attend your appointment, the deposit will be retained.
Appointment Reminders:
You will receive a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. It is your responsibility to note the appointment time and arrive promptly.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Process:
To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please use the desktop version of our booking system and log in with the email you used to register the booking.
Special Considerations:
As a small business, cancellations, late attendance and no-shows significantly impact us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Consumer Rights:
Your consumer rights are not affected by this policy. By booking an appointment, you are entering into a contract with The Brow Movement and agreeing to all of the above.
